The first OpenBind Blind Challenge is now live!

OpenBind, in partnership with OpenADMET and the ASAP Discovery Consortium, is hosting its first Blind Challenge on the Zika virus NS2B-NS3 protease. The Blind Challenge features a structure prediction track and asks participants to predict protein-ligand complexes for 400 compounds, ranging from fragments to larger, lead-like molecules.

We encourage researchers across structural biology, computational chemistry, and machine learning to take part, benchmark their approaches, and explore the capabilities and limitations of both established and emerging methods and models.

The blind challenge is running until 16 December 2026, and an interim leaderboard will be released after 11 November.

You will find more details about the challenge and how to join in our recent announcement.
